Lynx Specialty Tapes offers a product which features a custom-formulated silicone pressure sensitive adhesive on one side and an acrylic adhesive on the other for bonding silicone substrates as well as other difficult to bond to surfaces.
| LX-218: | Equivalent to 3M #9731: A thin, clear polyester film with a laminating silicone pressure sensitive adhesive and a liner side acrylic adhesive protected by a treated polyester release liner. Product has excellent adhesion to silicone-coated substrates such as gaskets, foams and sponges. High tack liner side acrylic bonds to a variety of high surface energy plastics, glass and metal substrates.
