Plastic Extrusion
LX-108: Double Coated 1/32" White Polyethylene Foam Tape. High performance adhesive for general mounting applications to both high and low surface energy surfaces including wood, metal and many types of plastics. Peel adhesion test yields foam tearing bond.
LX-406: Double coated white 1/32" polyethylene foam double coated with an aggressive rubber based adhesive system and protected by a blue 4.0 mil polyethylene release liner. Features excellent quick stick.
LX-128: 2.0-mil acrylic transfer tape which has excellent adhesion to plastic films. It exhibits very high tack and shear value at elevated temperatures. Peel adhesion of 75 oz./inch. Service temperature range: -50 degrees F. to +250 degrees F.
LX-154: Double coated ½ mil polyester film coated with a removable acrylic adhesive on the liner side and a high performance, permanent rubber adhesive on the unwind side. This product was designed for the temporary mounting of plastic extrusions. Liner side peel adhesion of 19.2 oz./inch; unwind side peel adhesion of 113 oz./inch. Service temperature range: -10 degrees F. to +140 degrees F.
LX-255: Double coated ½ mil polyester film coated with an extremely aggressive, high tack, high peel acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. Bonds well to low surface energy plastics such as polyethylene, polypropylene and polystyrene. Good for irregular surfaces. Peel adhesion of 116 oz./inch. Service temperature range: -10 degrees F. to +200 degrees F.
LX-378: Double coated white 1/32" polyethylene foam coated with an acrylic adhesive. Product is conformable to irregular surfaces and has high load bearing ability. Peel adhesion of 70 oz./inch. Service temperature range: -10 degrees F. to +180 degrees F.
LX-379: Double coated 1mil polyester film with two different acrylic adhesives and protected by a pink polypropylene release liner. Product designed for bonding to rigid plastics. Adhesive on unwind side at 1.5 mils (peel adhesion of 48 oz./inch) and on liner side at 2.75 mils (peel adhesion of 130 oz./inch). Service temperature range: -10 degrees F. to +200 degrees F.
